iOptron Green Moon Filter - TFE100

I was surprised how much the green filter cuts the harsh glare from a full moon, making the ridges and shadows pop clearly. It threads onto my 1.25-inch eyepiece easily and noticeably boosts contrast on the darker maria. Definitely a simple upgrade that improved my lunar sessions more than I expecte

The green tint really makes the crater edges pop without washing out the surface detail, and the glare reduction is noticeable even on a bright full moon. It threads on easily and stays snug, so I can swap it in and out between eyepieces without fuss.

I was worried the green filter would make the Moon look unnatural, but it actually brings out the contrast between the dark maria and bright highlands beautifully. Screwing it onto my eyepiece took seconds and it really tames that blinding glare without dimming the view too much.
