AstroZap Aluminum 8" SCT Dew Shield Cap
Dew shields are greate for blocking unwanted light and dew. Adding the dew shield cap makes things even easier for those wanting many viewings in one spot or those with a permanently mounted telescope. The customized fit of the AstroZap Aluminum Dew Shield Cap 8" SCT enables the cap to provide protection from dust by allowing viewers to keep the dew shield on the telescope after a single viewing. This eliminates the need to reattach the telescope's supplied dust cap.
The AstroZap Aluminum 8" SCT Dew Shield Cap fits with both Meade and Celestron 8" SCT telescope dew shields. They are also color matched to the dew shield and telescopes themselves. This accessory helps maintain perfect telescope balance and creates hassle free protection for the optics.
