Celestron's T-Ring for 35mm Canon EOS SLR Camera Attachmentis a must-have accessory for budding astrophotographers looking to capture the night sky with a DSLR. With the correct T-ring and a compatible T-Adapter, you can attach your camera to your telescope's prime focus and use it for short-exposure lunar, planetary, and deep sky astrophotography for exposure times under 30 seconds. It's also a great setup for terrestrial imaging of wildlife from great distances. For increased exposure times, consider adding a separate guidescope to your imaging setup. This will allow you to track accurately over longer periods of time.

Note that both the T-ring and a T-Adapter (sold separately) are required to attach your camera to a telescope.

Ella ★★★★★

The threading on this T-ring is precise and smooth, so my Canon DSLR locks onto the telescope without any wobble. I’ve used it for lunar shots and the images come out sharp with no light leaks.

Andrew R. ★★★★★

Finally got this to pair my Canon DSLR with my telescope, and the threading is precise enough that the camera sits flush against the focuser. Adapter ring feels solid, no flex when hanging the camera weight off it. The lock is tight and holds the camera in place through a whole night of shooting.

Jason A. ★★★★★

Finally got my Canon body attached to the scope and the threading is rock solid — no wobble at all when I'm focusing. It's a simple piece of metal but it does exactly what it's supposed to, and now I can actually shoot the moon without holding the camera up to the eyepiece.
