Explore Scientific Replacement Cradle Ring Set for 102 mm Carbon Fiber - TED102CFCRDL

Explore Scientific Replacement Cradle Ring Set for 102 mm Carbon Fiber Scopes

Explore Scientific's Replacement Cradle Ring Set is expertly crafted and fits with the Explore Scientific 102 mm Carbon Fiber telescope tube. This is a great accessory to have if your original ring set is misplaced or damaged.

Explore Scientific cradle assemblies fit their appointed telescope OTA snuggly, yet protect the delicate surface of the tube. The hinged ring system separates easily by loosening the over-sized metal thumbscrews and locks securely back into place once the OTA has been nestled inside the rings. Each extruded aluminum ring set is topped with a slotted carry handle so that it is easy to move your telescope around when it is off the mount. Attach a camera, guidescope, or another accessory to the top of the handle with standard 1/4-20 bolts. Each cradle ring assembly comes with a dovetail plate for quick attachment to a variety of "Vixen-style" mounts, including the Twilight Mount from Explore Scientific.

The TED102CFCRDL is 8" in length and has an inside diameter of 4.65" - 4.82" (118.11mm - 122.43mm). If you are considering an Explore Scientific Cradle Assembly as an accessory for another 102 mm telescope, please make sure you check the Outside Diameter (OD) measurements of your scope before you buy.
