Threading it onto a 2" eyepiece took about ten seconds, and the moon’s glare dropped to a comfortable glow without killing the crater detail. The contrast on Jupiter’s bands was noticeably crisper, too. This is my go-to now for any bright target.

Threaded it into my 2" eyepiece for a night of full-moon viewing and the contrast jump was immediate — the lunar surface finally looked crisp instead of blown out. Rotation is smooth, too, so dialing in the right brightness takes seconds. Exactly what I needed for planetary work.

I finally got tired of the washed-out views of Jupiter and this filter dials down the glare perfectly, making the cloud bands stand out. It threads smoothly into my 2" eyepiece and the contrast boost on the moon is serious.
