I was blown away by how sharp the views are with the 10" aperture—Jupiter’s bands and moons were crystal clear right out of the box. Setting it up on the Dobsonian mount was quicker than I expected for a scope this size, and the collimation tools made fine-tuning a breeze.

The extra stability in the upgraded base makes a real difference when I'm swapping eyepieces in the dark—no more wobbling to ruin the view of Jupiter's bands. First light was a breeze, and the 10-inch mirror pulls in enough detail on deep-sky objects to keep me busy for hours. This thing is a solid

Set-up was straightforward even for a first-time Dob owner, and the improved base stability means the view doesn't wobble every time I bump the eyepiece. Saturn's rings snapped into focus sharp enough that I just sat there staring for a solid ten minutes.
