I've spent years fighting with chromatic aberration on cheaper scopes, but this one delivers pinpoint stars right out of the box. The 30 years of refinement really shows in the build quality, and the focuser is buttery smooth even with a heavy camera attached.

I was blown away by how sharp the stars remained from edge to edge in my first imaging session. The focuser is butter-smooth, and it made fine-tuning exposures a breeze even on a windy night.

The chromatic aberration correction on this scope is simply stunning—Jupiter’s bands were razor-sharp even at 200x. I paired it with a premium diagonal and could see Cassini’s division clearly on Saturn. Well worth the investment for serious imaging.
